# Bill

A bill is a proposal that has reached the minimum threshold of citizens participating in voting on the proposal.

In order to vote for the bill to become adopted, it has to pass the threshold of yeas versus nays.

Bills that passed as well as those that were rejected enter the Martian Republic archives for future reference.
