All successful and failed proposals, bills, amendment, code changes and discussion are stored in the congressional archive, documenting the living process and history of the Martian citizens.

Conversations, votes and documents are timestamped and anchored into the Marscoin blockchain to establish the authenticity of the Martian governance history. No historic falsification and removal of past discussions can arbitrarily alter history.
